The Starting Point:
The client had a full wardrobe, but opening it every morning still felt overwhelming. The issue was not simply volume. It was visibility. New pieces had been added faster than older ones had been reviewed, and the wardrobe had slowly stopped supporting daily life.

The Reset:
We worked category by category, honestly but not ruthlessly. Some items left, many stayed, and everything was reorganized around how the client actually gets dressed. Daily wear was separated from occasion pieces, hanging was simplified, and forgotten items became visible again.
