Goal: Create a calmer, more functional workspace with clear homes for what was staying and a setup that was easier for four people to maintain

The Starting Point:
The home office had been collecting “I’ll deal with this later” for around two years. Used by four people, the space had gradually filled with paperwork, electronics, cables, old devices, boxes, and items that had never quite found a permanent home.
The room had been tidied before, but without clear places for everything, the clutter kept building back up. A big part of the challenge was working through the delayed decisions: what was still useful, what genuinely needed to stay, and what could finally leave.

The Reset:
Over 6.5 hours, we worked through the office category by category. Paperwork was sorted, electronics grouped, cables identified and reduced, older devices reviewed, and clear homes created for the things that were staying.
A few simple cable-management products had been ordered in advance, which meant they could be put straight to use once we knew exactly what was needed.
Five large bags left the space. Plenty stayed too. The aim was never to empty the room, but to make what remained easier to find, use, and put away.
